Powertek Associates

Powertek Associates is located in Mookencheril House, which is right on Adhampillikavu Road. We are near the North Fort Gate in Thripunithura, so it is a very recognizable area for anyone living around here. The office is part of the house structure, giving it a very local and grounded feel. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate building at all. We have our desks set up and there are always papers or technical guides scattered about. Living and working in Thripunithura means we are part of the daily rhythm of the town. We see the same people passing by every day. Our work involves a lot of technical details and coordination, but we keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. We don’t wear uniforms or follow some strict corporate handbook. If the phone rings, someone picks it up. If someone walks in with a question about power systems or engineering, we just talk to them like neighbors. The road outside can get a bit noisy with the traffic heading towards the fort, but inside we just focus on the drawings and the numbers. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the address is just second nature to everyone. It’s a small setup where we handle everything ourselves. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget, we just rely on the work we do every day to keep things going. It is just a practical way to run a small business in our community.
