Poornasree Catering

You can find us at Statue Junction in Tripunithura. Poornasree Catering has been part of this area for quite some time. If you’ve ever been near the junction, you know it’s a central point for a lot of people moving through town. Our days usually start very early, way before the sun is up, because that’s when the real work in catering happens. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. It’s loud, hot, and always smells like spices and fresh rice. We don't have a fancy front office with plush chairs. Most of our space is dedicated to big pots, pans, and prep tables. There’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing going on throughout the day. We are a local team, and most of us have lived around Tripunithura for years. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just cook food and make sure it gets to where it needs to be. Sometimes it’s stressful when there are multiple orders at once, but we just put our heads down and get it done. The junction outside is always humming with traffic and pedestrians, which keeps us feeling connected to the town. We like the bustle of it. It’s a hard-working life, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing all those empty containers come back at the end of a big event.
