Govt Palace Girls High School

This school is located in Tripunithura, and it has been around for quite a while. We are officially School No.27, right near the old palace area in Ernakulam. Being a government school for girls, we have a lot of students coming from all the nearby areas. The building is an older style with big rooms and high ceilings. It can get pretty warm during the summer months, but we have some fans and the trees outside help a little. The morning assembly is always a bit of a rush with everyone trying to get in line on time. You can hear the school bell ringing all the way down the street. We have the usual subjects and the teachers are busy with their daily schedules. It is not a place with a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech labs. We use the blackboards and the textbooks we have. The courtyard gets full of life during the lunch break. Sometimes it is a bit chaotic, but that is just how a high school is. We have the regular office where we handle the admissions and the government paperwork, which always seems to be a lot to manage. People in Tripunithura know the Palace Girls school well because so many local women studied here years ago. It has a lot of history in these walls. We just keep going every day, following the government calendar and making sure the classes happen. It is a solid, no-nonsense place for education in our town.
