Coco Cane

You can find Coco Cane over at 14, North Tirupulithara in Ernakulam. It’s a quiet enough area but we stay busy with the local crowd. We mostly deal with cane juice and things like that, keeping it as simple as possible. We didn’t want to open a place that felt too corporate, so we kept the shop looking basic and functional. My family helps out a lot with the daily chores. We spend our mornings getting everything ready before the sun gets too high. It can be sticky work, but it’s honest. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small local business trying to make a living. The equipment we use is standard, nothing too high-tech, just what gets the job done. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected, but we do our best to stay stocked. The Ernakulam weather usually means people are looking for a quick drink to cool off. We’ve been at this address for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change, but we stay pretty much the same. We don’t have a website or fancy brochures. If people want to know about us, they usually just stop by and have a chat while they wait. It’s a direct way of doing business that suits us just fine. We just focus on the work right in front of us.
