We are Sefi Foods And Beverage Private Limited, located in Thoubal, Manipur. Our setup is C/O Akoijam Sanatombi Devi, at Thw-Iii Thoubal Wangmataba College Leira. Being near the college is great because there is always a lot of activity around. It’s a more traditional area, and our address is tucked into a local lane. We handle different kinds of food and drinks from this small base. It’s a family-style environment here, not some cold office building. We spend a lot of time working on local recipes and getting the beverages packaged correctly. The roads in Wangmataba can be a bit rough after the rain, but we manage to get our deliveries out. We don’t have a big marketing team; we just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. It’s a quiet life in Thoubal for the most part, except when classes let out at the college. Our focus is just on making sure the food and drinks we produce are handled properly. We use simple methods and don’t overcomplicate things. It’s been our home for a while now, and we are quite comfortable in this part of Manipur. Every day is pretty much the same—prepping, packing, and checking the stock. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just local people doing our bit in the food industry here and making things work as best as we can.
