You can find us over at the TTPS Quarters in Analmin Nagar, down in Tuticorin. We are in 25/2 Type II, specifically in Camp II. It is very much a company town vibe here because of the thermal power station nearby. Most of our day is spent dealing with the resource side of things for Vedanta. Living and working in the quarters means you are always close to the job. It is a simple life. The salt air from the coast is always around, which you get used to after a while. We are not a big flashy headquarters; we are just the people on the ground making sure things move along. The office is basically part of the living area, so it is very informal. We have our desks set up and we keep the logs updated. Tuticorin is a busy port city, but here in the quarters, it stays relatively quiet. We just focus on our specific tasks. Sometimes the wind picks up and everything gets a bit dusty, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. We know the neighbors and the other workers around the camp. It is a tight-knit spot. We do not need anything more than our basic setup to stay productive. It is about being where the work is. We handle the resources, check the shipments, and stay busy with the local requirements of the job. It is just us and the daily grind of the resource business.
