Smart Technologies is located at 4/42 Thirumalarpuram in Kurumbur. It’s not a big corporate office in a city; we’re right here in the local community. We deal with all sorts of tech stuff that people around here might need. Most days are spent looking at screens or fixing hardware that isn't doing what it's supposed to. It’s quiet work for the most part. We have a small space where we keep our tools and spare parts. Sometimes people come in with things that are beyond repair, and we have to tell them the bad news. Other times it's just a simple fix that takes five minutes. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We like it that way. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for the people in Kurumbur, we’re just around the corner. We spend time learning about new things because technology doesn't stay the same for long. It can be frustrating when something doesn't work right, but we enjoy the puzzle of figuring it out. We’re just regular people who happened to get into this line of work. There isn't much more to it than that. We just open up the shop and see what kind of problems come through the door each day to be solved.
