We are located at 136 and 137 Main Road in Nandagopalapuram. If you walk down the street, you can usually smell whatever we are making that day before you even see the sign. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. The building is right on the main road, so it’s always busy with people walking by and scooters zooming past the front door. We make various food products, mostly things that people use in their kitchens every day. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone shouting across the room or checking on a batch of something. We use big stainless steel vats and the floors have to be washed down multiple times a day to keep things clean. It gets very humid inside, especially when the cookers are going full blast. We have a few delivery vans that park out front, which usually causes a bit of a traffic jam on Main Road, but the neighbors don't mind too much. The staff is mostly from the local neighborhood, so everyone knows each other’s business. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just know our name because their parents bought from us. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day and packing boxes, but it’s what we do. We just focus on keeping the quality the same as it was ten years ago. It keeps us quite busy.
