Ip Enterprises

Our office is located at No. 4/107/4B in Ayyasamy Colony. It is more of a residential neighborhood so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We started Ip Enterprises in this small space and it has been our base for a long time. There is a small garden area in front of the building that we try to keep tidy but the weeds usually win. Inside, we have two rooms that are mostly filled with files and some equipment we use. We keep the windows open during the day to let some air in but that also means a few bugs fly in now and then. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea in the afternoon. Most of our work is done on the phone or through people who drop by for meetings. Ayyasamy Colony is a nice place because it is peaceful and we know the people living next door. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some old chairs and a table that wobbles a little bit. We use a piece of folded paper under one of the legs to keep it steady. It is a humble setup but it serves us well enough. We aren't looking to expand into some big glass building. We like being here and doing our daily tasks without a lot of pressure or corporate rules. It is just a regular day-to-day operation.
