I Tap

We are set up in the Raja Agency Complex, which is right across from the Bharat Petroleum station on the Bypass Road in Madakqur. It’s a convenient spot because of the road access. We call the business I Tap. Mostly, we deal with plumbing supplies and bathroom fixtures. The shop isn't very large, but we try to keep it stocked with the things people actually need. We spend our time talking to plumbers and people who are trying to fix a leak at home. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just open the shop, put the items on the shelves, and help whoever walks in. It gets dusty because of the bypass road and all the trucks passing by, so we are always cleaning the displays. We are just regular people trying to make a living. If you need a specific valve or a tap, we probably have it or can find it for you. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we sell. A tap is just a tap. We just make sure it works and doesn't leak. Sometimes we sit outside when it's quiet and watch the traffic go by. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much in the way of advertising because being on the main road helps people find us anyway. We keep our prices written down in a ledger and just handle things as they come. It is just what we do.
