Brijnidhi Agents

Brijnidhi Agents is situated at 84 South Emperor Street. It’s a solid old building on a street that has its own character. Inside, you will find a few desks, some old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started, and stacks of paper that we are constantly moving around. Our work as agents involves a lot of talking to people and filling out forms, so the phone is usually ringing. It isn't a high-tech office with glass walls or anything like that. We prefer the way things are, even if the floorboards creak a little when you walk over to the window. Most of the people who come to see us are from the local area and have been using our services for years. We know their families and their stories, which makes the work feel a bit more personal. Some days are slower than others, giving us time to organize the files or just watch the activity out on South Emperor Street. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds halfway down to stay cool. We don't have a big team, just enough people to make sure someone is always here to answer questions. It’s a practical place where we keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to make sure the paperwork is correct and the people are taken care of.
