Skp Mills

Skp Mills is located at No-219 on Perumal Koil Street in Sitharkadu. The street is named after the temple, so there is always a bit of activity around here, especially during festival times. Our mill is an old-fashioned kind of place. When the machines are running, the whole floor vibrates, and you have to raise your voice to be heard. We handle a lot of different grains and products, and there is always a fine layer of flour or dust on everything, including our shoes. Sitharkadu is a busy area, and Perumal Koil Street can get quite cramped when people are moving their carts or parking their motorbikes. We don't have a big corporate office; we just have a small corner with a wooden stool and a desk where we keep our accounts. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know the routine, and we know exactly what they need when they walk through the door. The work is physically demanding and we are usually tired by the end of the day, but it is steady. We’ve been at No-219 for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves its purpose well. We don't bother with fancy decorations or marketing because people in Sitharkadu already know we are here on the temple street.
