You can find us at Pulickal House, over in the Ncombayarn area of Nedumkandam. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been here at 12-88 for a long time now. We aren't a big company with a lot of branches. It’s just this one place and a few of us working together. Mostly, we deal with local trade and helping people get what they need for their farms or houses. The building is an old one, and it has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rainy season. We don't mind it much. My father used to say that as long as the roof doesn't leak on the stock, we’re doing alright. We talk to everyone who walks through the door, usually over a cup of tea if there's time. It isn't about being the biggest around here. We just want to make sure the folks in Nedumkandam have a place they can rely on. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If we do a good job, people come back, and that’s plenty for us. Life moves at its own pace here, and we’re happy to be a part of it. We keep our prices fair and our talk honest. It is a long day but it is good.
