Mahima Foods

We are based out in Karoor Post, right in the Kambalapuzha area. It’s a nice spot to work from. Most days are quiet, except for when we are busy preparing the food in the back. We handle a lot of local orders here for people who want something simple. The kitchen stays pretty warm throughout the day. We started small and just stayed in the same spot for years. It’s easy to find us if you’re near the post office. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we do our cooking and packing. The water nearby makes the air feel a bit different in the mornings. We mostly focus on getting the flavors right for the local taste in Karoor. People around here know us for what we make. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after a long day of work. There’s always more to do tomorrow morning. We have some tables and a lot of bags around the place. It can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment is going out to the shops. But that’s how a real food business looks. We don’t try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just Mahima Foods in a small corner of Kambalapuzha. We like the pace here. It’s not as fast as the city, but we stay busy enough to keep going. We just do our work and head home.
