At Angali Foods, we are situated right by the KVB Bank in Velode. It’s a convenient spot for anyone who is doing their banking or just traveling through this part of the village. We focus on providing food that is simple and filling. Our day starts quite early because there is always a lot of prep work to be done. We don't have a huge staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it's cooking or cleaning the floors. Velode is a quiet place for the most part, but we get a good amount of people stopping by because we are so close to the bank. We aren’t trying to be a fancy restaurant with expensive prices. We just want to make sure that when someone walks in, they can get a meal without any fuss. The atmosphere is very casual, and we often find ourselves talking to the customers about their day. It feels more like a community kitchen than a business sometimes. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that; we just show up every morning and start cooking.
