Tm Construction Service is based out of No: 62/A on I.P. Koil South Street. Vijayapuram is a nice place to work, even if the streets get a bit narrow for our equipment sometimes. We’ve been handling various construction tasks around here for a while. It’s mostly small to medium jobs, nothing like those massive skyscrapers you see in the big cities. We handle things like masonry, small renovations, and general site work. Our office is just a small room with a desk covered in papers and maps of the local area. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is when we need it. I spend most of my time out at the actual sites rather than sitting behind that desk. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with me for years. We know each other's habits and how we like things done. We don't use any fancy management software; we just talk to each other and get the work sorted. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to push things back a day, but that’s just life in construction. People in Vijayapuram know us as the guys who show up and get the bricks laid without making a big scene. We don’t have any polished sales pitches. If someone asks us to build something, we look at the spot, give them a price, and start digging when they say go.
