SRI JAYAM NIDHI LIMITED

Sri Jayam Nidhi Limited is tucked away in the PVS Complex on Natesan Street. We are on the first floor at No.9E. This part of the town, with the 614001 pincode, is usually quite crowded during market hours. You have to navigate through the parked bikes to get to the entrance of the complex. Once you get upstairs, our office is right there. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for the desks and the people who come to visit. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We have a lot of paper files because we like to keep track of everything manually as well as on the system. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see everything going on outside while we work. It’s a lot of counting and checking entries all day long. We don’t use any fancy management talk here. We just speak the way we do at home. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops in the complex come in to borrow a stapler or just to chat for a minute. It’s a friendly environment, even if it’s a bit cramped when too many people show up at once. We keep the fans running full speed to handle the humidity. It’s just a regular local office doing regular work for the people in the neighborhood.
