We are based out in Mappedu, right on Seyyambakkam Road. The address is 203/2A2, near the Kilachery Post. Alpha Security Instruments is basically a place where we put together various security tools and devices. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but the space is good for what we need. The office isn't anything special to look at. We spend most of our time dealing with technical specs and making sure the equipment actually works like it's supposed to. It can get pretty quiet out this way compared to the city. We have a small crew working here. Usually, the desks are covered in manuals and half-finished projects. We've been at this for some time now, just focusing on the hardware side of security. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up because of where we are, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make gear that doesn't fail when someone needs it. Most of our visitors are delivery drivers or people coming for specific technical meetings. We keep a pot of tea going most mornings. It's a straightforward operation. We handle the manufacturing and the testing right here on-site. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the gate near the post office area. We're usually here until late evening finishing up orders. It is a simple life out here in the village area but we enjoy the work we do.
