We are based at No. 19 V O C Nagar First Street in Tiruvannamalai. Joshika Agro Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this location for some time. Tiruvannamalai is a town with a lot of history, and we like being part of the local scene here. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating with farmers and transport companies to get our agro products moved out. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked, but we find a way to get it done. The office on First Street is where all the planning happens. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for us to handle the files and the phone calls. We don't use any big words or complicated business strategies. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. Most of the people working here at Joshika Agro Exports Pvt. Ltd. have been with us for a while, so we know how to work together. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to get through the work day and make sure the exports are handled correctly. It’s a quiet life for the most part, but it keeps us busy enough. We’re just regular folks doing a regular job in Tiruvannamalai and we hope to stay here.
