Vignesh Travel Agents is right near Killi Balam Junction. If you know the Chalai Market Road, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. Puthen Chalai is a busy place with lots of foot traffic. There's always noise from the market and people moving around outside. We like the energy though. Being near the junction means there's always something happening outside our door. Our office is simple. We have a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We help folks with their travel plans. It’s mostly just sitting down and looking through various schedules. We don't have any flashy signs. Just the name on the door. People in Chalai know us by now. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize the faces on the street. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the road work, but we try to keep things clean inside. The 695036 area is always crowded with shoppers. We don't mind it. It feels like real life to be in the middle of it all. We handle what we can for our customers. Sometimes someone wants a ticket to a place we’ve never heard of, so we have to look it up on the map. That's the fun part of the day. We don't have a big staff. Just a few of us who know how to get things done. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down. It’s a good place to be.
