Veena Dathan

I am Veena Dathan and I’m located at Tc 11/2049-1 in Kanakanagar. That’s over in the Kaudiar area of Thiruvananthapuram. I’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It’s a nice neighborhood, quite green and usually peaceful. My workspace is just a part of the building here, nothing too fancy or modern. I like it because it feels comfortable and familiar. I don’t have a lot of employees or a big management structure. It’s mostly just me taking care of the daily tasks. I’ve always found that keeping things small makes them easier to manage. I don't have any big corporate goals or slogans that I use. I just focus on the work that’s right in front of me. Some days I spend a lot of time on the phone, and other days I’m just sorting through papers or organizing my supplies. It’s a steady routine that suits me well. Living in Thiruvananthapuram is great because the weather is usually nice, even if it gets a bit humid. I try to get my work done early so I can enjoy the evenings. My neighbors are good people, and we all look out for each other. I don’t think you need a lot of flashy stuff to run a decent business. You just need to show up and do what you said you would. That’s how I’ve always approached things here in Kanakanagar. It's not about being the biggest.
