Our office is based in Kallara, right near the SBI Bank. It’s a very easy spot to find for anyone who lives around here or comes into town for their errands. We go by the name Vasthusasthra Builders & Devolopers. Most of our work involves looking at different pieces of land and trying to figure out how to put a solid house on it that makes sense for the owner. Being in Kallara is nice because it is away from the main rush of the city, but we still stay plenty busy with local projects. The office is a simple, no-nonsense place where we keep our files and sit down with folks who are looking to start a new project. We don’t have any flashy marketing or a big sales team trying to talk people into things. Usually, it is just us sitting around with a cup of tea and going through land documents or blueprints. We try to be honest with everyone about what they can afford and what is actually possible on their specific plot of land. Sometimes that means we have to give them some tough news about their site, but it is better than having problems once the building has already started. We know the local ground and the rules in Thiruvananthapuram quite well. If you are near the bank, feel free to stop in and see us. We are just local builders trying to do things the right way.
