Our office is over in Capital Heights, which is right on the Pmg Plamood Road in Pattom. Most folks find us easily because we are so close to Lourdes Church. If you’ve ever tried to park around here on a Sunday, you know it can be a bit of a struggle. We’ve been operating United Tours from this spot for quite a long time. It’s a regular office with a few computers and some comfortable enough chairs for when people come in to chat. We handle all sorts of travel plans, whether it’s a quick bus trip or something involving flights. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s usually just us handling the phones and sorting out the paperwork. Sometimes the printer jams when we’re in a hurry, which is always annoying, but we get by. We know the local routes around Thiruvananthapuram and beyond pretty well by now. People from the neighborhood often stop in just to ask about ticket prices or how the weather is looking for a trip. We don't mind the interruptions. It’s nice being a part of the local community here. We just try to keep things organized and honest. We don’t go in for any big promises. We just look at the schedules, tell you the cost, and get the tickets printed out. It’s just how we run the place every day.
