U K Travels is in the Kittu Complex. You’ll find us on the Killipalam Bypass Road in Attakulangara. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of traffic every single hour. It’s a busy spot in the 695023 area. The office is just a small space inside the complex. We’ve got our desks and a couple of extra chairs for when people come in to talk. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office. We help out with travel bookings for various trips. People stop by on their way somewhere else. We’ve been at this location for a while. The building is okay, nothing fancy or modern. We know the other shop owners in the complex. Sometimes we grab tea together in the afternoons when things are slow. We don't do any big marketing. Most people just see the sign when they're driving by or they hear about us from a neighbor. We handle things as they come. If someone needs a ticket, we look it up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. Other times it's quiet and we just wait. I guess we don't have a big corporate structure. It's just us doing the work. We like being in Attakulangara. It’s a practical place to have a business like this. We keep our hours regular. If the lights are on, we’re here. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We've got our routines and we stick to them pretty well every single day.
