Traverza Travel Services is located on the first floor of S N Plaza. We are on the road that leads to the W&C Hospital in Thycaud. Being near the hospital means there’s always a lot of movement around here. People are always coming and going at all hours. Our office is just a flight of stairs up from the street. It’s a decent sized room with a few computers and a lot of files stacked on the shelves. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have become a bit of a fixture in the neighborhood. We don’t do any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what they need help with. Sometimes it’s a short trip, other times it’s something bigger. We take our time and don’t rush things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to work. We have a small balcony where we can see the street below and the hospital entrance. It’s a good place to take a break when things get busy. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or work at the hospital. They know they can just pop in and talk to us. We like the personal touch of doing things face-to-face. It feels more real than just doing everything online. It’s been our way for a long time and we like it.
