Our spot is at 411 A, Krishnakripa, which is tucked away in Mundelavellanadu. It’s a bit out of the way, which honestly suits us just fine because it’s quieter than the city center. Most days, it’s just the sound of the wind in the trees and the occasional car passing by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our maps and ledgers. We spend a lot of time drinking black coffee and looking over plans for various enclaves. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back on. It’s a small group of us here. We’ve known each other for years, so there’s no need for formal meetings or fancy emails. We just talk across the room. The floors are a bit creaky in the hallway, but it gives the place character. We don't have a sign that glows at night or a receptionist in a uniform. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back room with the fan on full blast. It’s a practical way to work, and it keeps us grounded. We focus on what’s right in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s paperwork to file at the local office, but we manage to get through it without too much fuss.
