Our office for Travancore Cements Ltd is over in the Peroorkada area of Trivandrum. We’re located at Harisree Bhavan, which is T C 5/669. It’s a quiet residential kind of neighborhood, not like those big industrial zones you might see in other cities. Kala Vinodini handles a lot of the communication and paperwork from this location. The house is where we keep the records and manage the administrative side of things. Trivandrum is a nice, green city, and we enjoy being based here. We’ve been around for a long time, and many people in Kerala are familiar with the name Travancore Cements. It’s not a flashy setup by any means. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls or expensive furniture. It's just a functional space that gets the job done. Sometimes the yard gets a bit overgrown when the monsoon rains hit hard. Inside, we have some files stacked up and a couple of computers for the daily tasks. It’s a very straightforward and practical operation. We don’t spend much on advertising or marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from being established in the region for such a long time. We just handle the cement business without any extra fuss or noise. If you’re looking for the office, just follow the main road through Peroorkada. Harisree Bhavan is a well-known house in the neighborhood. It’s peaceful here, which helps when we need to get through the paperwork.
