Since this is an OPC, it is a small, personal operation where things are handled directly. Being in Thiruvananthapuram means we are close to a lot of activity, but Mampad has its own local pace. The house serves as our main workspace where we keep all the records and manage the export-import paperwork. It isn't a corporate skyscraper; it is a real place where work happens every day. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people to move goods across borders. Sometimes the logistics get complicated, but that’s the nature of the business. We don't use big words or fancy promises here. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually making sure a shipment isn't stuck somewhere.
