Being in this part of Thiruvananthapuram means we are never too far from our project sites. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the logistics of building. We aren't into fancy presentations or big corporate talk. We mostly spend our time coordinating with laborers and checking on material deliveries like sand and cement. Thiruvallam is a good place for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the district from the junction. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. Some days we are just sitting around waiting for the rain to stop so we can pour concrete. Other days it is non-stop from sunrise to sunset.
