Thought Stormers Consultancy Privatelimited is situated over in Vanchiyoor. The address is T C 25/3027, Kurumthottickal. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it that way. We aren't a massive consulting firm with hundreds of employees in glass towers. We are a smaller group working out of a more traditional office. We do consultancy work, which means we spend a lot of time thinking and talking through problems for other people. The name sounds a bit intense, but we are actually quite laid back. Our office has bookshelves that are mostly full and some desks that have seen better days. It feels lived-in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just focus on the ideas and the solutions we provide. Vanchiyoor is a good neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Most of us take the local bus or drive our scooters to get here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually find us through someone they know. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out the best way forward for their project. It’s a simple way of working. No big corporate policies, just real people trying to help out with their expertise. That’s how we’ve always operated and we don't plan on changing that anytime soon.
