You can find us at Thomas Cook India Ltd (International Travel Division) on the first floor of the Better Heights building. We are situated right above Dhanalakshimi Bank in Manacaud. If you are coming from the Manacaud P.O side, we are pretty much directly opposite the Girls High School. It’s a lively part of Thiruvananthapuram - 695009. The school kids are always around in the morning and afternoon, making the street quite busy. Our office isn't on the ground floor, so you have to walk up, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter. We handle a lot of international travel details. It involves a lot of documents and checking rules for different countries. It can be a bit tedious sometimes with all the forms, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just have our desks and our computers and we get on with it. The bank downstairs is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Sometimes the street gets blocked during school events, which makes things interesting. We’ve been in this Manacaud spot for a bit now. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don't have a lot of fluff in our office. It’s just a place to get work done. We see a lot of different people every week. It keeps the job from getting too boring. We stay busy enough with all the planning. It’s just a job.
