Thiruvegappura Urban Development Nidhi Limited is situated right on the Main Road in Thiruvegappura. We are in room 1/407 of the S.N. Vazhakunnam Tower. If you know the area, it's a pretty easy building to find since it’s right there where most of the activity happens. Working in the tower means we see everyone coming and going all day long. The office itself is not very large, but it fits everything we need like the computers and the storage cabinets for all the member documents. We spend most of our time sitting at the desks handling the deposits and the paperwork. It gets a bit crowded sometimes when several people come in at once, but we just pull up extra chairs. The main road can be quite loud with the buses and bikes, especially in the mornings. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the traffic outside. Our team is small, just a few of us who grew up around here. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us behind the counter. We try to keep things organized so nobody has to wait too long. Every afternoon we make sure the books are balanced before we lock up for the day. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. No fancy talk, just the usual business of helping neighbors manage their bits of money. It is just a regular office for regular people in the village.
