You can find us on the second floor of the Raymond Building, which is right on M.G Road. Our address is Tc 25/2424. Being on M.G Road means there is never a dull moment; there’s always noise and people walking by. We run a retail operation here, and it keeps us on our feet most of the day. The building is an old landmark, so most people know exactly where to go when we give them the address. We don't have a massive showroom with bright lights and loud music. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our stock and talk to our customers. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to carry things up the stairs, which isn't fun, but we get it done. Retail is all about the details and making sure we have what people are looking for. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing slogans. We just try to keep the shelves organized and the prices fair. Our staff is local, so we know the area and the people who come in quite well. It’s a busy life, especially during the festival seasons when the whole of M.G Road turns into a giant crowd. We just keep our heads down and keep the store running the best we can every day. Qrs Retail is just a local shop trying to provide what the community needs without any extra fuss or noise.
