Our office is at Shree Tara Nivas, G 10. It is on Elengam Garden Street in Vellayambalam. That is in Trivandrum, Kerala. It is a pretty well-known spot in the city. The garden street is mostly residential, so it is a calm place to work. We are in the G 10 section of the building. It’s a standard Kerala style building, nothing too modern or flashy. We have been here for a few years now. The office is just a series of rooms with our files and computers. We don’t have any big marketing displays or posters on the walls. It is more about having a functional base for the township work we do. Trivandrum is a nice city to be in, and Vellayambalam is quite central. We can get to most places quickly from here. The office gets a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, which is good because it can get quite humid in the afternoons. We have a small team and we just handle the day-to-day operations without much fuss. There is a small parking area out front but it fills up fast. We just do our work and go about our business. It is an honest, local setup that works for us and has for a long time. We just keep things simple and get the jobs finished as they come.
