You can find Sun International Tours & Travels right in the Narasimha Vilasam Shopping Complex. We’re at Statue Junction, specifically the South Gate Secretariat side, just across from the YMCA. It’s a very central spot in Thiruvananthapuram. The area is always humming with activity. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and computers where we sort out travel plans. We deal with international trips and local tours too. It's a lot of checking visas and flight timings. We’ve been here in the 695001 area for quite a while. Most of the people who work here are locals. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to customers. We just speak like normal people. If a flight is expensive, we say so. If a tour is popular, we let you know. The shopping complex is an old building, but it suits us just fine. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles on hot days, but we manage. People stop by on their lunch breaks since we’re so close to the Secretariat. We don't do flashy promotions. We just focus on the bookings. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, making sure names are spelled right and dates are correct. We enjoy being at Statue Junction because you see the whole city pass by. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a reliable one here in the middle of town.
