SRK Builders

SRK Builders is over on Kesavadev Road in Poojappura. We are near Mohanlals House, which most people around here know. It’s a well-known spot in Thiruvananthapuram. We are a small building firm. It's just a few of us working together. We don't have a big corporate office. We mostly work from our space here on Kesavadev Road and spend the rest of the time out at construction sites. We've been doing this for several years. We aren't into fancy words or polished brochures. We just talk to people plainly about their building needs. Poojappura is a solid neighborhood. We like being based here. It’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We handle all sorts of building tasks. Sometimes it’s a small repair, sometimes it’s a whole new house. We just take it as it comes. We aren't perfect, and construction always has its surprises, but we deal with them. We use local materials and work with people we know. It’s a simple way of doing business. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. People know where we are if they need a builder. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We usually have a bit of a chat with the neighbors while we're loading up the truck.
