Sreya Builders And Developers is located over in Vaikundam, which is near Pulayanarkottah in Trivandrum. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s a bit away from the main city rush. Our office is basically where all the plans and files live. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to guys on the site. Building things in Trivandrum means dealing with the rain quite a bit. Sometimes we are stuck waiting for the clouds to clear so the cement can set properly. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get done. The desk is always covered in dust from the blueprints and there's always someone coming in to talk about a pipe or a wall. It’s practical work. You get your hands dirty even if you're supposed to be in the office most of the day. We've been around Pulayanarkottah for some time now. People around here know where to find us if they need something built. We don't do much fancy talking. We just show up, look at the land, and figure out how to make a house stand up on it. It’s tired work by the evening, but it’s what we do. The fan in the office makes a clicking noise that we’ve stopped noticing. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects.
