Sree Sai Nath Arts Crafts is right here inside the East Fort area. If you know the Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, you know where we are. We sit right at Eastnada. It’s a very busy place with lots of people coming for the temple every single day. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The history of this area is everywhere you look. Being inside the fort feels different than being out in the rest of the city. There’s a lot of movement, pilgrims, and tourists walking past our doors. We just keep our heads down and do our work with the crafts. Sometimes it gets really crowded, especially during festivals. You can hear the temple bells from where we sit. It’s a good place to be if you like seeing people from all over. We aren't a big corporation. We are just a local shop trying to make things that people like to take home. We use the space we have, which isn't huge, but it works for us. Most of the time, we are busy organizing the shelves or talking to someone who stopped in after their visit to the temple. It feels like we are part of the scenery here at Eastnada. If you walk through the fort gates and head toward the temple, you will eventually run into us. We don’t do much advertising. People just find us while they are walking around. That’s how it’s always been for us in this part of town.
