Splash

If you go to Bhadra Towers in Vazhuthacaud, you’ll find Splash right there. It’s a decent building, and we have a nice little spot that we’ve made our own. It’s not like those massive shopping malls where you get lost; it feels more like a local hangout. We have a lot of different things on the shelves, and we try to keep things looking organized, though it doesn't always stay that way when we have a busy afternoon. The light comes in through the front windows in the morning, which is the best time to be here. We usually spend that time restocking and making sure the displays aren't too messy. Most of our customers are people who live or work nearby in Vazhuthacaud, so we see a lot of the same faces. It makes the day go by faster when you can have a real conversation with someone instead of just ringing up a sale. We don't have any big corporate rules or anything. We just run the place how we see fit. Sometimes we play a bit of music, but not too loud. Splash is just a straightforward shop where we do our thing and try to keep up with what people are asking for. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it's all fine. We just keep moving and do our best.
