Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital & Yoga Centre

South Kovalam is where we are, right at Chowara P.O. It's been a while since we started Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital & Yoga Centre here. Most people find us because they're looking for something specific to Ayurveda or maybe just a bit of yoga. We keep things pretty simple around the hospital. The staff usually gets here early to set things up before the first people walk through the door. It's a quiet spot, which helps when you're trying to focus on health stuff. We deal with a lot of different cases every day. Some people stay for a while, others just come for the day. Being in Chowara means we see a mix of locals and folks who've travelled a bit to get here. The building itself is kept functional. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations because the work keeps us busy enough. You can usually find someone at the desk if you have questions about how we do things. We've seen the area change a bit over the years, but our spot stays much the same. It's just a regular place where we try to get the jobs done that need doing. If you're walking around South Kovalam, you'll probably spot our sign. We're not hard to find once you get into the P.O. area. It's just how we run things here, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss about it. We have been here for years and the view of the water doesn't get old.
