Slim Max Fitness Centre

You can find Slim Max Fitness Centre over at Tc 2/1082 on Pazhaya Road. We are really close to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College and the post office there. It is a busy little pocket of the city. We have been here for a good few years now. The space is a bit narrow, so we had to be clever with how we put the machines. It is a straightforward fitness centre. We do not have any of those fancy steam rooms or saunas. Just weights, a few bikes, and some space for stretching. A lot of students and staff from the medical college come by, so the crowd is usually pretty quiet. We have a bit of a humidity problem during the monsoon, so the floors can get a bit slippery if we are not careful with the mops. We are not trying to be the biggest gym in Kerala. We just want to provide a place for the people in this neighborhood. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but you cannot miss it if you are walking down Pazhaya Road. It is a family-run thing, mostly. We handle everything from the cleaning to the memberships ourselves. It is just a normal, everyday place to get some exercise near the college. We open up early and close late to make sure everyone can fit in a visit when they need to.
