Sivaji Builders

We are Sivaji Builders and we operate from a place called Ganapathiyam Kuzhi Veedu in Aryanad. This is a small area in Trivandrum, Kerala, and our address is 695 542 for those who need the pin code. Our office is basically a house, which is quite common for businesses like ours in this part of South India. We have been here for a long time and the building itself has a lot of character, even if it’s just a regular home to most people. Working in Aryanad means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and friendly neighbors who have known us for years. We do a lot of our planning and paperwork from this desk in the front room. It is not a shiny office with glass walls or fancy carpets. We just have the basics—some desks, some chairs, and a few old cupboards for our files. The weather here can get quite hot and humid, so we usually have the fans going all day. We are just a group of local people trying to do good work for the community. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are some huge international company. We are just builders who know our craft and work from our home base in Trivandrum. It is a simple life and a simple way of doing business that has served us well so far. We just take it one day at a time.
