You can find us over on Golf Links Road in Kowdiar. Our office is tucked into the TC 23/1626/1 building. It’s a nice enough part of Thiruvananthapuram, though the traffic can be a real headache during the morning rush. We spend our time working on housing projects. It involves a lot of back and forth between the office and various sites around the city. There’s always a blueprint rolled up somewhere or someone coming in with dirt on their boots from a construction plot. We aren't the type of place with a big, shiny showroom. Most of our work is done in the grit of the day-to-day building process. We talk to contractors, check on materials, and try to make sure everything is moving along as it should. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to track down suppliers who are running late. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing permits, and the next you’re out on a site checking the foundation. We like being in Kowdiar because it’s central to most of the places we need to be. It’s just a regular office where we try to get things built right. We don't use fancy words, just bricks and mortar and hard work.
