Our office for Shell is located at T.C 31/1406 in Lekshmi Nagar, which is part of the Pattom area in Trivandrum. It is a pretty easy place to find once you get into the rhythm of the local streets. Pattom is always moving, and being in Lekshmi Nagar gives us a bit of a local feel while still being right in the middle of everything. We have been at this address for some time now and the neighbors are all used to us being around. It is not a flashy building, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when the Kerala heat really kicks in during April, but we manage just fine. We have a few desks and a lot of paperwork. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts pouring and the roads get those big puddles. We aren't one of those big fancy corporate offices with a gym or a cafeteria. We usually just go out to the local shops if we need a snack or a coffee. The pincode here is Trivandrum - 4. It is a simple setup and we like it that way because it keeps things grounded. There is always someone coming or going, but we try to keep the noise down for the people living in the houses next door. It’s a decent place to work.
