Sfs Builders (Iso 9001) Trivandrum, Kerala is based at Arappurackal Veedu in Kadakkavour. Specifically, we are at the Kadakkavour Po in Thiruvanathapuram. It is a nice part of Kerala to be in. Anil Kumar B is the one who started this whole thing at Arappurackal Veedu. We spend our days looking at plans and dealing with all the stuff that comes with building things. We have that ISO 9001 stamp, which means we have to be pretty careful with our paperwork and how we organize things. It takes up a lot of time, but it is just part of the job. Our office is basically a house, so it does not feel like a cold corporate building. It is more like a place where people actually live and work together. We do not have a big team of sales people or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them done. Sometimes the weather in Thiruvanathapuram makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon hits, but we just keep going. We are not trying to be famous or anything. We just want to do our work and keep the office running. It is a simple life here in Kadakkavour. We have our tea, we do our tasks, and we go home. It works for us and has for a long time.
