Sattvaa Ventures Llp is run out of a house, specifically House No 33/1770 in Madathuvilakam. It’s a bit of a residential setup, which makes the whole thing feel more personal than a cold office building. We like the vibe of Madhavamhedgewar, it's a neighborhood where people actually know each other. Being an LLP means we have to be organized, but we don't let that stop us from keeping things relaxed in the office. There are just a handful of us here most days. We focus on various ventures that catch our interest or where we see a need. It’s not one single thing every day; it changes depending on the project. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us huddled around a table or on our laptops. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there’s a deadline, and other times we take it a bit easier. It’s a flexible way to work, and it suits our personalities. We try to be helpful and straightforward in everything we do. There’s no need for complicated jargon or trying to sound more important than we are. We're just a small group of people trying to make a living and do good work from our base in Madathuvilakam. It’s been a learning curve, for sure, but we’re getting the hang of it as we go along and just keeping at it.
