If you are looking for Saatwika Ayurveda, you’ll have to head down Kurups Lane in Sasthamangalam. We are at SEKT 41, right near the SBI ATM. It’s a handy landmark because the lane can be a little easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We keep things pretty simple here. It’s not a big corporate wellness center. It’s just a small spot where we focus on traditional methods. Most of our day is spent preparing treatments or talking to people about their health. The space is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but it works for us. We like being in Sasthamangalam because it’s a real neighborhood with life in it. You can hear the sounds of the street, but once you’re inside, it settles down. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We take our time with everyone who comes in. There’s no rush to get to the next person. We handle the herbs and oils ourselves, so we know exactly what we are using every single day. It’s a lot of manual work, cleaning up and getting ready for the next day, but it’s good work. We are just a local spot trying to do things the right way, one person at a time, right here.
