Our place is at TC No 17/317 in the Pattom area of Thiruvananthapuram. Some of the older maps still show the old number, which was 2/3262, so that can be a bit confusing for people sometimes. The building is called Chithira. We mostly deal with medical supplies and the business side of medicine. It is not a place where you would come for a check-up, but more for the things that hospitals and doctors need to keep running. We spend our mornings unloading crates and checking the expiration dates on everything. The office is full of files and boxes. Pattom is a busy part of town, so there is always the sound of horns and buses outside our window. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Thiruvananthapuram our whole lives. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just answer the phone and fill the orders as they come in. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so we have to stack them up high in the back room. The rain in Kerala can be quite heavy, and we have to be careful that nothing gets wet when the delivery trucks are at the door. It is just a regular job for us. We keep the shop open and make sure the local clinics get what they asked for.
