Royal Asia Tours & Travels is located up on the second floor of Saran Chambers. We are right in the middle of Vellayambalam, which is a pretty active part of Thiruvananthapuram. Being on the second floor means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we are trying to focus on complicated travel itineraries. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at screens to find routes and prices. It is just a regular office with some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. We have been in the 695010 area for a bit, so we know the local scene well. Sometimes people wander up the stairs looking for us, and we sit down and talk about where they want to go. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We just look at the options and tell people what is possible. Some trips are easy to plan, others take a lot of back-and-forth emails. We handle the usual stuff like flights and tours without making a big fuss about it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we do our work. It’s a local operation, and we appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure everything is booked correctly so there are no surprises later on. It’s just how we do business every day in Saran Chambers.
