We are based at TC 14/176 in Diamond Plaza. It is right at Althara Junction in Vellayambalam. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city, but our little corner in the plaza stays fairly steady. The name of the company is a bit of a mouthful, but most people just call us by the first part. We have a small office on one of the floors. It’s got a good view of the junction if you stand by the window. We’ve been handling chits here for some time. There’s always a stack of ledgers on the desk that needs attention. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to people who walk in. Most of our members are from the offices nearby. It’s a lot of manual entry and keeping track of who paid what. Sometimes the lift in Diamond Plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic with all the receipts. We don't make big promises. We just do the work we’re supposed to do.
